Personalised glass water bottles with your logo: what they cost and which to choose for each use
A glass water bottle with your logo costs from €7.00 per unit, including printing. A bottle for a meeting room does not need the same features as one used in a restaurant or at an event. Here you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real products, and what is worth checking before you order so you get the right format and printing.
How much does a personalised glass water bottle cost?
Price per unit with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery. The unit price falls as quantities increase because the print setup is spread across more bottles.

For meeting rooms and canteens
For everyday use, what matters is that the bottle pours well at the table, has a practical capacity and stands up to office or canteen use. This range includes straightforward glass bottles with a screw cap or similar and vitrified screen printing, which leaves the logo fired into the glass.
The usual mistake is trying to fit in too much text or several messages. The print area is limited and this technique works best with clean logos and a few solid colours. If the bottle is for table water service, decide first whether you want a more compact format or a larger capacity.

When the bottle is part of the table presentation, design and closure matter more. The premium range brings together glass bottles with more presence, often with a cork or swing stopper, and the logo in vitrified screen printing looks integrated and stands up well to repeated use.
It is worth approving the mock-up carefully before production. On glass, the print is permanent, so it pays to fine-tune the size and position so the logo is visible when serving without taking over half the bottle. If your branding includes gradients, simplify it into solid colours.

If you want a versatile option for different spaces, this includes everything from smaller formats to larger-capacity bottles, all designed for serving water at the table. The whole category uses the same material and the same branding method: glass with vitrified screen printing so the logo does not peel or rub off.
Before you order, think about who will open it and reuse it. The type of stopper changes the user experience more than it seems: screw cap for simple handling, cork if you want a more natural feel, and swing stopper when a tighter seal matters.
