For trade shows, key handovers and wide distribution
When your item will reach lots of people, it helps if it is compact, light and easy to keep. In the Essential range, small tape measures, rulers and simple cutters fit well: they can be branded on the casing with pad printing or a resin dome, and the logo stays highly visible.
At an open event, do not leave a cutter on a counter within anyone’s reach. If there may be children or the general public around, a tape measure or ruler is a better choice. And if your logo has several colours or gradients, a resin dome keeps the design truer than flat printing.

For installers and tradespeople, it is worth moving up to an everyday tape measure: 3 m if budget matters most, 5 m when it will be used all day. In this range you will see casings with better grip, versions with a stop button and models designed to sit on a belt with the logo on the side.
Do not look only at tape length. Width makes a big difference in use: 16 mm works for lighter tasks; 19 mm feels steadier, and 25 mm holds up better unsupported when measuring alone. If it is going to site, a rubberised casing and a clip are well worth having.

If the tape measure will be used in front of clients or you want a more substantial gift for a technical team, it is worth choosing the Premium range. Here, auto stop, controlled retraction, a wider tape or bamboo and metal finishes all help the item feel more professional.
Choose the branding to suit the material. On bamboo, engraving leaves a natural toasted tone; on metal, laser engraving shows the colour of the material itself, not your brand colour. If you need an exact full-colour logo, look for a flat area with a resin dome or UV digital print.
