Printed gazebos for companies, trade shows and events

Printed gazebos give your brand an outdoor stand of its own: a printed canopy people can spot from the other side of the venue, season after season. We make them to order: tell us the size, frame, walls and date, and within 24 working hours you will have your quote and mock-up.

A gazebo lasts for several seasons: design it with that in mind

A gazebo is not a giveaway: you buy it once and use it for years at trade shows, markets, sales visits, tournaments and open days. That changes the design brief. What is a two-centimetre logo on a pen becomes nine square metres of canopy here, so it pays to keep it restrained: a background in your corporate colour, a large logo on all four canopy panels, the brand on the valance and, at most, a short message on the back wall. Avoid phone numbers, dates or lists of services: a printed canopy is not something you change every year.

The second decision is the frame. 30-32 mm steel works for occasional use, a handful of outings a year; in 3 × 3 m it weighs 20-25 kg, and the profile suffers if it is often exposed to rain and salty air. 40 mm hexagonal aluminium weighs a little less, two people can put it up in a couple of minutes, and it is what teams choose when they are out every weekend: it costs more, but it pays off if the gazebo travels in a van many times a year. It is the same logic of durable kit and restrained branding that we apply across the rest of our event merchandise.

What we need from you for the quote

These gazebos are not in the online catalogue: they are made to order. With the details below, we can send your quote and mock-up within 24 working hours.

  • Size and frame: 3 × 3, 3 × 4,5 or 3 × 6 m, in steel or aluminium, and how often you will be putting it up.
  • What is being printed: the full canopy or just the valance, how many walls, and whether any of them will be printed on both sides.
  • Accessories: wheeled bag, leg weights, folding counter or flags with the same artwork.
  • Logo or artwork: in vector format (SVG, AI or PDF); at this scale, a small bitmap logo will look pixelated. If you only have it in PNG or JPG, we will check it.
  • Event date and delivery address: your office, your warehouse or the venue, anywhere in the EU. If the venue requires flame-retardant material with a certificate, tell us that too.
  • Quantity: how many units you need and in which sizes; in large format there is no catalogue minimum quantity, and each piece is quoted individually.

How it works

  1. 1

    Quote and mock-up

Within 24 working hours, you receive the quote and the mock-up: the gazebo with the canopy panels, valance and walls exactly as they will be printed. The mock-up is free, and you can ask for changes before you decide.

  2. 2

    Approval and payment

You approve the mock-up and pay. Nothing goes into production before that point.

  3. 3

    Production

Sublimation on polyester for canopies and walls: the ink bonds with the fibre, there is no extra cost for additional colours, and it does not crack on the folds. PVC banner material and inflatable gazebos are digitally printed. Lead time depends on the model and on how many walls it has: tell us your event date and we will confirm it in the quote.

  4. 4

    Delivery

Tracked delivery to one address or several, across the EU, with each gazebo packed in its carry bag.

Where they work best and what to ask the venue

The usual use is as an outdoor stand: trade shows in open-air venues, markets, weekend sales visits and street information points. It also covers internal uses people forget when budgeting: the refreshment point at a sponsored race, check-in at the entrance to an open day, or shade at the summer staff party. Before you buy, ask the venue two things: whether it requires flame-retardant fabric with a certificate, and whether you can anchor to the ground with pegs or need to bring leg weights, from 10 to 30 kg per leg, which take up room in the van.

A gazebo rarely stands alone. In front of it you will usually have custom flags or a feather flag visible above people’s heads; inside, a custom roll-up banner beside the counter and the team in matching custom polo shirts. If the event is outdoors and there is a risk of rain, custom umbrellas with the same artwork complete the set-up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Printed gazebos for companies, trade shows and events

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

What size gazebo do I need for a trade show stand?

The 3 × 3 m is the most common and fits most trade show and market pitches. If you need a counter and a reception area, the 3 × 4,5 m gives you more room, while the 3 × 6 m works for busy events or for separating product display from reception. Before choosing, confirm your pitch size with the venue.

Steel or aluminium pop-up gazebo?

Steel is fine for a few outings a year and costs less. 40 mm hexagonal aluminium weighs a little less, goes up faster and copes better with rain and frequent set-ups, so it is worth it if the gazebo is used often.

What print method is used on a gazebo canopy?

Sublimation on 300D or 600D polyester: the ink bonds with the fibre, the whole fabric can be covered in full colour at no extra cost for the number of inks, and it does not crack on the folds. PVC banner material and inflatable gazebos are digitally printed.

Can you print just the canopy and leave the walls plain?

Yes, and it is a common way to split the budget. The canopy and valance are what people see from a distance; the walls can be left plain at first and printed later with the same artwork.

How do you secure a pop-up gazebo in windy weather?

With pegs, if the ground and the venue allow it, or with leg weights of 10 to 30 kg each, ordered separately. In strong winds, the sensible option is not to put it up or to take it down.

Are custom gazebos flame-retardant?

It depends on the fabric, and each venue sets its own conditions: some require flame-retardant material with a certificate. If that applies to you, tell us when you request your quote.

How far in advance should I order a custom printed gazebo?

It depends on the model and on how many printed walls it has, and in general you need more lead time than for a roll-up banner or a flag. Tell us the event date when you request your quote and we will confirm the lead time; production starts when you approve the mock-up.
