Leather feel, easy to look after

The cover is PU faux leather, with the look and feel of leather. There are also recycled-leather models with GRS certification and others in recycled PU.

A5 format with ruled pages

Nearly all are A5, the most practical size for meetings and travel, with a ruled interior. There is also an A4 and a pocket-sized A6.

Marking that suits the cover

Laser engraving and hot foil stamping leave the logo sunk into the surface, with no ink to wear off. The catalogue price already includes one-colour marking in the standard area.

Who a branded leather notebook is for, and where it gets used

It is the welcome gift a new starter uses from day one and the notebook the sales team takes to every meeting. In the office it replaces the anonymous pad and keeps your brand on every desk.

At trade shows, conferences and client events it works as a quality giveaway: it gets kept and reused for months. Models with a pen included, or with a ribbon bookmark and elastic closure, come as a complete set without anything else to add.

Cover material and marking techniques

You can choose a hardback cover, stiffer for writing without a desk, or a softback, lighter and more flexible. There are models in recycled PU and in recycled leather, and some of the paper is FSC certified.

For a understated finish, laser or CO₂ engraving and hot foil stamping mark the logo into the cover itself. If you need colour, UV digital printing, pad printing or a resin dome reproduce the logo in several colours, and some models accept a PU label.

How to choose your personalised leather notebook

Hardback or softback
The hardback protects the pages and lets you write standing up; the softback weighs less and fits more easily into a bag or rucksack.
Size and page count
A5 is the standard format for everyday work. Check the page count on each product page: many models run to more than 160.
Practical details
A ribbon bookmark, elastic closure and an included pen change how it gets used day to day. Filter by what the person receiving it will need.
Technique to suit your logo
For a one-colour logo on faux leather, choose laser engraving or hot foil stamping. For full-colour logos, UV digital printing or a resin dome.

Are the notebooks made of real leather?

The cover on these models is PU faux leather, with the look and feel of leather. Some are made of recycled leather with GRS certification and others of recycled PU.

Is there a minimum number of units?

There is no minimum number of units. The minimum order is €100.00 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only, and you can reach it with a single model or by combining several.

Which technique looks best on faux leather?

Laser engraving and hot foil stamping leave the logo built into the cover with an understated finish. If your logo uses several colours, UV digital printing or a resin dome are the right options.

Can I see how my logo will look before I pay?

Yes. We prepare a free mock-up with your logo on the notebook and you only pay once you approve it, before production. If the marking does not match the approved mock-up, it is redone at no cost.

Can I order a sample?

Yes, samples can be ordered before production so you can check the feel of the cover, the paper and the size.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the marking technique and the quantity. The lead time in working days is shown on each product page, and your quote reaches you within 24 working hours.
